{thirsty thursday : tunacado toasts w/ a little good karma!}

tunacadotoasts-6

i’ve written about this combination before…

it seems to be a big hit!  i mixed it up a little this time, but as usual, simple ingredients here :

tunacadotoasts-4

tuna, avocado, onion, cream cheese, salt and pepper…

i’m still indecisive about the relish…?

tunacadotoasts-5

and put it on cute little toasts as a happy-hour kind of snack… and also a quick way to use up a ripe avocado while also getting some protein.

karma-1

i washed mine down with a scrumptious farmhouse belgian-style ale from avery brewing company… aptly named, “karma.”

i have some good kind coming my way soon i just know it!!

🙂

      BTW I would top it off with a thin slice of radishes…the color combination would work beautifully for your pics…Or maybe just simple fresh herbs like cilantro, dill or even chopped basil.

        ooohhh, what a great idea and i agree, it would’ve fotographed so nicely! sometimes i make up things ahead of time and buy the ingredients as i need them. in this case, i just whipped together what was in the house and blogged about it 😉 radishes aren’t something i keep around, though i do love them… i should ask my friend who gardens if she has any 😉
