i’m excited to share this super easy, fun, and delicious recipe i discovered this a while back from the cute sisters over at deux chicago – they always have the cutest ideas! and no game day is complete without eating something with buffalo sauce on it!
these are so super simple and easy to prepare and they are always a hit! i simply buy a preroasted chicken, eat a little of it for dinner, then pick the meat off and use it for my buffalo chicken wraps!
i used napa cabbage this time because i find that the leaves were easier to work with…
– shredded chicken
– cabbage leaves
– your favourite buffalo sauce {franks is THE best, and the ingredient list is beyond simple}
– your favourite ranch or bleu cheese dressing
add shredded chicken to a skillet and heat on low to medium heat with a hefty amount of hot sauce tossed in.
pretty simple stuff here, just heat up your chicken and move that sauce around to coat evenly…
rinse your cabbage and carefully pull apart some of the leaves…
take a cabbage leaf, smear on your chicken, then top with your dressing… amount is entirely up to you!
i think they look nicer when they are wrapped up like so…
squish a toothpick in there to hold them in place…
mmmmmm…..
they’re kind of like buffalo wings… the cabbage is *almost* like celery, it provides that perfect crunch and tones down the hot sauce a bit…
a definite game-day must-have snack!! serve it with a few of these :

Go Broncos!! The other day (here in San Francisco) I walked past a parked car with a Broncos bumper sticker. I decided I needed to be that person’s friend. Moral of the story: Go Broncos!
